Welcome to watercolor from Porto area and thanks for coming inside Gallery Odd`s Eye

When travel do I mostly use watercolor, but as a rule do my oil paint box follow too . In the year 2000,02,04 and this year 2011 do we travel to Porto. One a trip, with the train, along river Douro ended our journey in Tua, in Douro valley and the first picture above is from Tua railway station . I paint this watercolor from the top of one sleeper pile. While sitting there do my best sable brush, as I had lay down for a while, find it right to trill of and  move down between all this sleepers. I do now watch out where I lay down my brushes , but back to the train trip, it was an good way to get an impression of that valley, but to take the boat one way and the train back is in fact the best ;o). We do that this year 2011. I do my flower painting in Crystal park, Porto, it is really a fine park. This year do i mostly draw peacock in this park, but I also shots some photos. Otherwise the peacock on the front page do I shot here this year. The church, picture three, have a tower where you can get a good view  above Porto. In this way watercolour was I not able to do this year, because the area with the church, where I was sitting 04, now was changed to an building land (2011)..
